I spoke with Karl via LC in relation to a withdrawal issue. Karl was very helpful and resolved the issue even after the first attempt to fix it still failed. Normally a LC operator cuts you off immediately but Karl tried again and fixed the issue with no complaints :)

This website borders on well-dodgy for being so vague and confusing about what you are actually paying for. Luckily my customer service chat-human Becky was fantastic and understood my problems immediately. If only all customer service people were like her. I managed to get my £87 for a subscription I never knew I had made refunded. Phew.

I had a problem with a subscription I didn’t know about taking money out my account I made a ticket and Luke responded very quickly and refunded my money I’m very happy with there customer service

Played once now they won’t stop texting me. Even blocked them but I’m still getting texts. So annoying don’t know how to stop it

I had an issue regarding funds taken from my account for a subscription I cancelled. I emailed to explain and request refund...I had a response from Karl who kindly explained where the mishap was...which I might add was something that I had overlooked and was easily avoidable in the future.. he then proceeded to issue a full refund for me with no problems. Thankyou Karl for your super quick response too...it hasn't even been 24hours since I emailed and has been resolved already. Great customer service!!

I’ve just had a lovely chat with Billy, even though it was only a typed conversation he sorted out my problem asap,
I probably kept him waiting as my typing skills aren’t up to much.
But No seriously he really was so helpful & polite at all times, a lot of times on a chat line like this do not get the recognition for what they do, so it’s good you have the link to do so.

I gambled away my pension, but I very much enjoyed the edge-of-the-seat experience I had when the last pennies left my account. Would I do it again? Oh yeah, my grandson can pay his own way through life

I don't know about this company, I bought tickets once and they keep withdrawing weekly. I cannot contact them to cancel.
Is this company a scam or real. I m having a very bad experience.

The agent mr Bill has enough knolodge of the site to find easy and quick of every or most of information that the customers query. Also has common sense to understand the neture of the issues that customers has and willing yo help

I am also having a terrible time with this lotto website. Since the first time I signed up for that website to buy lottery tickets until I won 11 pounds and wanted to withdraw the money, I started to experience problems with documents uploads. These people kept sending me ridiculous emails with the excuse that they couldn't verify my documents and kept asking for the same verification documents repeatedly. I had already uploaded my ID and bank statements for more than four times and the problem was still not resolved. Even their upload page is inoperable. Consequently, I firmly believe that these individuals are making it extremely difficult for subscribers to withdraw their money and refusing withdrawal in that manner. Terrible service! Avoid.

Update: My problem still can't be solved yet and I will get out of it soon.

Karl rocks he is efficient and helpful, I hope if I ever need to contact you people again I get Karl to take care of me, he’s the right man for the job!!!
